Experience

• A career with over 25 years of experience in IT, specializing in data management, research, and data analysis in public and private institutions. More than 15 years of experience in the agricultural sector, participating in projects related to production, market research, competitiveness analysis, water footprint, among others, for both national and international clients, individuals, NGOs, and governments.

• He has been a consultant in various health projects, including hospital planning and development, identification of demands and needs, design and implementation of Hospital Information Systems.

• For more than a decade, he participated as head of information in the Health Sector, implementing information systems in different institutions and levels of care. International experience and collaboration with other governments in health projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México UNAM, Mexico City.
