• Professional with more than 25 years of experience, he has a solid technological background and extensive experience in project management and business consulting. He currently resides in Vancouver, Canada, where he works as a consultant in projects, processes and business changes.

• 2020. Served as a consultant for the largest hydroelectric and energy authority in British Columbia BC Hydro, assisting in the identification and planning of improvement opportunities, and the establishment of the Program Management Office (PMO) in support of the Business Plan Electrification 2021-2028.

• 2012 to 2020. Worked for the largest health care entity in British Columbia, leading project management activities in primary health care, supporting various programs including mental health, home care, home support, palliative care, public health, and community health centers, among others.

• 2004. He moved to Vancouver, Canada, where he specialized in project management, business consulting, and process improvement, developing technology and industry trend assessments to redefine future product functionality, improve operations, and expand business presence.

• In Mexico. Before leaving for Canada, he held important management roles in leading medical equipment and gas companies. At Hewlett-Packard Mexico, he helped start the Health Information Systems Practice.
