• With 14 years of experience as a Senior Consulting Manager, she have served as a business and technology consultant across various industries, including government, telecommunications, technology, entertainment, financial services, education, and consumer products, both in Mexico and abroad, supporting companies to optimize and improving their operations by executing and managing multiple projects based on PMI’s PMP methodology. This includes internal controls, process optimization and documentation, data analysis, and operating model design. My previous positions include Procter & Gamble (Scholar), Price Waterhouse Coopers (Senior Consultant), and Ernst & Young ( Manager and Senior Manager).
